to have take cut down dig up and carry the same away, And all such reasonable waies and passages over the premisses ffor the ten[a]nts and occupiers of his Ma[ies]t[ie]s other lands as have formerly ben used And all the River of Loughfoile and all other Rivers Creeks and streames in or neare the premisses and the soile and ground thereof, and all the fishinge and takeinge of salmons Eeles and other fish in [th]e said Rivers, Creeks, streames, and fishinges and lib[er]tie to make howses, [and] Drawe theire netts and doe any other thinge els whatsoever upon the premisses concerninge the said fishinges ffor the terme of one and twent y years from the ffeast of Phillip and Jacob nowe last past ffor and under the yearly rent of one hundred and thirtie pounds sterlinge payable into the receipt of his Ma[ies]t[ie]s Exchequor in England or unto the hands of the Receiver of his Majesty his heires and successors for the time beinge ffor the Re venue of Londonderry als[o] Derry and Colerane or either of them, at the ffeasts of All Saints and Phillip and Jacob by equall porc[i]ons Upon condic[i]on that the said term shall cease and bee voide if the said rent or anie parte thereof shal l be behind and unpaid by the space of fiftie dayes next after anie of the said ffe asts or days of payment aforesaid, And the said [Christ]ofer and his assignes shall at his and their proper costes and charges within five yeares nowe next com ing erect and build and fullie finish upon the premisses three sufficient and substantiall houses of timber stone or brick after the manner of English howses every of the said howses to be twoe stories high, and to conteine fower roomes at the least And the said Christofer or some other able and sufficient Ten[a]nt w[i]th his ffamilie and alsoe tenn other able and sufficient ten[a]nts w[i]th their families shall from time to time dureinge the said terme of yeares be resident and inhabitant in and upon the foresaid premisses, And shall dureinge the said terme grinde at his Ma[ies]t[ie]s mill within the late Mannor of Wallworth or proporc[i]on of land called the ffishmongers Proporc[i]on All his and theire mault Corne, and graine w[hi]ch hee or they shall expende or use upon the premisses or beinge ground shall sell to any person or person s and pay for grindinge thereof to the Miller of the said mill for the time being the sixteenth parte of all the said mault corne and graine, And shall do suit at the Courte Baron to be holden for such Mannor as his Ma[ies]ty shall erect create or make upon or within the said proporc[i]on from three weekes to three weeks if the same shal[l] be soe often held, And shall durei ng the said terme keepe susteine and mainteine the foresaid Messuages and all other the foresaid buildinges in good and sufficient reparac[i]ons, And shall with seaven yeares nowe next com[m]einge w[i]th dike and Double quicksett where quicksett will growe and w[i]th other good and sufficient ffences and inclosures where quicksett will not growe divide sever and make the foresaid premisses into tenn severall closes more then the same nowe are and the same beinge soe divided made and severed and other the hedges ditch[e]s and inclosures upon or belonginge to the foresaid premisses shall keepe and mainteine well and sufficientlie fenced ditched inclosed [and] quicksetted dureinge the said terme, And shall yearelie dureinge the said terme sett and plant upon some parte of the foresaid premisses twentie younge trees of oake or ashe fitt or likelie to growe to be timber trees and the same or others to be sett and planted in the roomes and stead[e]s of such of them as shall happen to dye shall mainteine preserve and keepe from

to have, take, cut down, dig up and carry the same away, and all such reasonable ways and passages over the premises for the tenants and occupiers of his Majesty’s other lands as have formerly been used, and all the River of Foyle and all other rivers, creeks, and streams in or near the premises and the soil and ground thereof, and all the fishing and taking of salmon, eels, and other fish in the said rivers, creeks, streams, and fishings, and liberty to make houses and draw their nets and do any other thing else whatsoever upon the premises concerning the said fishings, for the term of one and twenty years from the feast of Phillip and Jacob now last past, for and under the yearly rent of one hundred and thirty pounds sterling payable into the receipt of his Majesty’s Exchequer in England, or unto the hands of the Receiver of his Majesty, his heirs and successors for the time being for the revenue of Londonderry, also Derry, and Coleraine or either of them at the feasts of All Saints and Phillip and Jacob by equal portions. Upon condition that the said term shall cease and be void if the said rent or any part thereof shall be behind and unpaid by the space of fifty days next after any of the said feasts or days of payment aforesaid. And the said Christopher and his assigns shall, at his and their proper costs and charges within five years now next coming, erect and build and fully finish upon the premises three sufficient and substantial houses of timber, stone, or brick after the manner of English houses, every of the said houses to be two stories high and to contain four rooms at the least. And the said Christopher or some other able and sufficient tenant with his family, and also ten other able and sufficient tenants with their families, shall, from time to time during the said term of years, be resident and inhabitant in and upon the foresaid premises, and shall during the said term grind at his Majesty’s mill within the late Manor of Walworth or Proportion of land called the Fishmongers’ Proportion, all his and their malt, corn, and grain which he or they shall expend or use upon the premises or being ground shall sell to any person or persons, and pay for grinding thereof to the miller of the said mill, for the time being the sixteenth part of all the said malt, corn, and grain. And shall do suit at the court baron to be holden for such manor as his Majesty shall erect, create, or make upon or within the said Proportion from three weeks to three weeks if the same shall be so often held. And shall, during the said term, keep, sustain, and maintain the foresaid messuages and all other the foresaid buildings in good and sufficient reparations, and shall, with seven years now next coming, with dikes and double quicksett where quicksett will grow and with other good and sufficient fences and enclosures where quicksett will not grow, divide, sever, and make the foresaid premises into ten several closes more then the same now are, and the same being so divided, made, and severed and other the hedges, ditches, and enclosures upon or belonging to the foresaid premises shall keep and maintain well and sufficiently fenced, ditched, enclosed, and quicksetted during the said term, and shall yearly during the said term set and plant upon some part of the foresaid premises twenty young trees of oak or ash fit or likely to grow to be timber trees, and the same or others to be set and planted in the rooms and steads of such of them as shall happen to die shall maintain, preserve, and keep from
