The aforesaid one and twentieth day of August the aforesaid commissioners for and on his ma[ies]t[ie]s behalfe by vertue of the said commission and William Sidney [...] for and on the behalfe of Elizabeth Hamond [...] do conclude and agree that the said Elizabeth and her assignes shall have and hold one messuage or tene ment and one garden and backside the reupon adioining with th[e] appurten[a]nc[e]s in Silverstreete in the said late citty and two other messuages or Tenements with a [...] and orchard neere the fferry gate of the said late Citty and allsoe one p[ar]cell of land lyeing to the way leading from the said late citty to the Castle of Cullmore and within the lib[er]ties of the said late citty All w[hi]ch p[re]misses now are or late were in the tenure or occupac[i]on of the said Elizabeth or her assignes with all waies and passages unto the p[re]misses or any p[ar]t thereof belonging or formerly enioyed therewith with the like excepc[i]ons and for the terme of one and twenty yeares from the ffeast of the An[n]unciac[i]on of the blessed virgin Mary now last past for and under the yearly rent of Thirteene pounds sterling paiable in such manner and att such dayes and tymes and with under and uppon such further and the like condic[i]on coven[a]nts and agreements as in th[e] aforesaid agreement made by the said Commission[er]s and John Kneeland beforenamed are conteined In witnes whereof the said Commissioners and the said W[illia]m Sidney have putt to their hands the day and yeare abovewritten:

The aforesaid one and twentyeth day of August th[e] aforesaid Commissioners for and on his ma[ies]t[ie]s behalfe by virtue of the said Commission and William Walter of the late citty of Londonderry barber-surgeon doe conclude and agree that the said William and his assignes shall have and hold one messuage or tenem[en]t with th[e] appurten[a]nc[e]s in Gratiou[s] streete in the said late Citty and now in the tenure or occupac[i]on of the said William or his assignes and one p[ar]cell of ground whereon one horsmill lately stood neere unto the said messuage in the said late Citty and late in [th]e tenure or occupac[i]on of William Southery or his assignes and for the terme of one [and] twenty yeares from the ffeast of Th[e] an[n]unciac[i]on of the blessed virgin Mary now last past for and under the yearly rent of ffive pounds sterling paiable in such manner and att such daies and tymes and with under and uppon such further and the like condic[i]on coven[a]nts and agreements as in th[e] aforesaid agreem[en]t made by the said Commissioners [and] Edward Rowley Esquire beforenamed are conteyned In witnes whereof the said Com[missioner]s [and] the said William Walter have putt to their hands the day and yeare abovewritten:

The aforesaid one and twentieth day of August th[e] aforesaid Commissioners for and on his ma[ies]t[ie]s behalfe by vertue of the said Commission and John Wiley of the late Citty of Londonderry Baker doe conclude and agree that the said John Wiley and his assignes shall have and hold one messuage or tenement bakehouse and backside with th[e] appurten[a]nc[e]s scituate in Gratious streete in the said late Cittie and now in the tenure or occupac[i]on of the said John and for the terme of one and twenty yeares from the feast of Th[e] an[n]unciac[i]on of the blessed virgin Mary now last past for and under [th]e yearly rent of ffive pounds sterling paiable in such manner and att such dayes and tymes and with under and uppon such further and the like condic[i]on coven[a]nts [and] agreem[en]ts as in th[e] aforesaid agreem[en]t made by the said Commission[er]s [and] Edward Rowley beforenamed are conteined In witness whereof the said Commissioners and the said John Wiley have putt t o their hands the day and year abovewritten:

The aforesaid one and twentieth day of August, the aforesaid commissioners for and on his Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission and William Sidney,  […], for and on the behalf of Elizabeth Hammond,  […], do conclude and agree that the said Elizabeth and her assigns shall have and hold one messuage or tenement and one garden and backside thereupon adjoining, with the appurtenances, in Silver Street in the said late city, and two other messuages or tenements with a  […] and orchard near the ferry gate of the said late city, and also one parcel of land lying to the way leading from the said late city to the castle of Culmore and within the Liberties of the said late city. All which premises now are or late were in the tenure or occupation of the said Elizabeth or her assigns, with all ways and passages unto the premises or any part thereof belonging or formerly enjoyed therewith, with the like exceptions and for the term of one and twenty years from the feast of the Annunciation of the Blessed Virgin Mary now last past, for and under the yearly rent of thirteen pounds sterling payable in such manner and at such days and times and with, under, and upon such further and the like condition, covenants, and agreements as in the aforesaid agreement made by the said commissioners and John Kneeland beforenamed are contained. The aforesaid one and twentieth day of August, the aforesaid commissioners for and on His Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission, and William Walter of the late city of Londonderry, barber-surgeon, do conclude and agree that the said William and his assigns shall have and hold one messuage or tenement with the appurtenances in Gracious Street in the said late city, and now in the tenure or occupation of the said William or his assigns, and one parcel of ground whereon one horsemill lately stood near unto the said messuage in the said late city, and late in the tenure or occupation of William Southery or his assigns, and for the term of one and twenty years from the feast of the Annunciation of the Blessed Virgin Mary now last past, for and under the yearly rent of five pounds sterling payable in such manner and at such days and times and with, under, and upon such further and the like condition, covenants, and agreements as in the aforesaid agreement made by the said commissioners and Edward Rowley, esquire, beforenamed are contained. In witnesss whereof the said commissioners and the said William Walter have put to their hands the day and year abovewritten:

The aforesaid one and twentieth day of August, the aforesaid commissioners for and on His Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission, and John Wiley of the late city of Londonderry, baker, do conclude and agree that the said John Wiley and his assigns shall have and hold one messuage or tenement, bakehouse, and backside with the appurtenances situate in Gracious Street in the said late city and now in the tenure or occupation of the said John, and for the term of one and twenty years from the feast of the Annunciation of the Blessed Virgin Mary now last past, for and under the yearly rent of five pounds sterling payable in such manner and at such days and times and with, under, and upon such further and the like condition, covenants, and agreements as in the aforesaid agreement made by the said commissioners and Edward Rowley beforenamed are contained.
