The aforesaid one and twentieth day of August th[e] aforesaid Commissioners for and on his ma[ies]t[ie]s behalf by vertue of the said Commission and William Walter of the late cittie of Londonderry barber Chirurgeon for and on the behalfe of William Southery of the said late citty Chirurgeon doe conclude and agree that the said William Southery and his assignes shall have and hold one messuage or tenem[en]t and the garden and backside thereunto adioining in gratious streete in the said late citty [and] one and twentie acres of land Irishe measure within the lib[er]ties of the said late Citty and now in the tenure or occupac[i]on of the said William Southery with all waies and passages unto the p[re]misses or anie p[ar]t thereof belonging or formerly enioyed therewith with [th]e like excepc[i]ons and for the terme of one and twenty yeares from the ffeast of Th[e] an[n]unciac[i]on of [th]e blessed virgin Mary now last past for and under the yearly rent of Three pounds six shillings [and] eight pence sterling paiable in such manner and att such daies and times and with uppon and under such further and the like condic[i]on coven[a]nts and agreements as in th[e] aforesaid agreement made by the said Commission[er]s and Edward Rowley esq[uire] beforenamed are conteined In witnes whereof the said Commissioners and the said William Walter have putt to their hands the day and yeare abovewritten:

John Knockes 38.

The aforesaid one and twentieth day of August th[e] aforesaid Commissioners for and on his ma[ies]t[ie]s behalfe by vertue of the said Commission and John Knocks of the late citty of Londonderry Cutler doe conclude and agree that the said John and his assignes shall have and hold one messuage or tenement conteining three roomes and a slaughter house with th[e] appurten[a]nc[e]s in Gracious streete in the said late citty and now in the tenure or occupac[i]on of the said John or his assignes and for the terme of one and twenty yeares from the ffeast of Th[e] an[n]unciac[i]on of the blessed virgin Mary now last past for and under the yearly rent of ffower pounds sterling paiable in such manner and att such daies and tymes and with under and uppon such further and the like condic[i]on coven[a]nts and agreem[en]ts as in th[e] aforesaid agreement made by the said Com[missioner]s and Edward Rowley esquire beforenamed are conteined In witnes whereof the said said Commissioners and the said John Knockes have putt to their hands the day and yeare abovewritten:

John Kinde 39.

The said one and twentieth day of August th[e] aforesaid Commissioners for and on his ma[ies]t[ie]s behalfe by vertue of the said Commission and John Kind of the late citty of Londonderry ffellmonger doe conclude and agree that the said John Kind and his assignes shall have and hold one messuage or tenement and one garden and backside with th[e] appurten[a]nc[e]s now in the tenure or occupac[i]on of the said John and one stable now in the tenure or occupac[i]on of Richard Pacey or his assignes All w[hi]ch p[re]misses are lyeing and being in or neere Gratiou[s] streete in the said late Citty with all wayes and passages unto the p[re]misses or anie part thereof belonging or formerly enioyed therew[i]th for the terme of one and twenty yeares from the ffeast of Th[e] an[n]unciac[i]on of the blessed virgin Mary now last past for and under the yearly rent of eight pounds and tenn shillings sterling paiable in such manner and att such daies and times and with under and uppon such further and the like condic[i]on coven[a]nts and agreements as in th[e] aforesaid agreement made by the said Commissioners and Edward Rowley esquire beforenamed are conteined In witnes whereof the said Commissioners and the said John Kind have putt to their hands the day and year abovewritten:

The aforesaid one and twentieth day of August, the aforesaid commissioners for and on His Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission, and William Walter of the late city of Londonderry, barber-surgeon, for and on the behalf of William Southery of the said late city, surgeon, do conclude and agree that the said William Southery and his assigns shall have and hold one messuage or tenement and the garden and backside thereunto adjoining in Gracious Street in the said late city, and one and twenty acres of land Irish measure within the Liberties of the said late city and now in the tenure or occupation of the said William Southery, with all ways and passages unto the premises or any part thereof belonging or formerly enjoyed therewith, with the like exceptions and for the term of one and twenty years from the feast of the Annunciation of the Blessed Virgin Mary now last past, for and under the yearly rent of three pounds six shillings and eight pence sterling payable in such manner and at such days and times and with, upon, and under such further and the like condition, covenants, and agreements as in the aforesaid agreement made by the said commissioners and Edward Rowley, esquire, beforenamed are contained. John Knox 38.

The aforesaid one and twentieth day of August, the aforesaid commissioners for and on His Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission, and John Knox of the late city of Londonderry, cutler, do conclude and agree that the said John and his assigns shall have and hold one messuage or tenement containing three rooms and a slaughter house, with the appurtenances, in Gracious Street in the said late city, and now in the tenure or occupation of the said John or his assigns, and for the term of one and twenty years from the feast of the Annunciation of the Blessed Virgin Mary now last past, for and under the yearly rent of four pounds sterling payable in such manner and at such days and times and with, under, and upon such further and the like condition, covenants, and agreements as in the aforesaid agreement made by the said commissioners and Edward Rowley, esquire, beforenamed are contained. In witnesss whereof the said said commissioners and the said John Knox have put to their hands the day and year abovewritten:

John Kind 39.

The said one and twentieth day of August, the aforesaid commissioners for and on His Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission, and John Kind of the late city of Londonderry, fellmonger, do conclude and agree that the said John Kind and his assigns shall have and hold one messuage or tenement and one garden and backside with the appurtenances, now in the tenure or occupation of the said John, and one stable now in the tenure or occupation of Richard Pacey or his assigns. All which premises are lying and being in or near Gracious Street in the said late city, with all ways and passages unto the premises or any part thereof belonging or formerly enjoyed therewith, for the term of one and twenty years from the feast of the Annunciation of the Blessed Virgin Mary now last past, for and under the yearly rent of eight pounds and ten shillings sterling payable in such manner and at such days and times and with, under, and upon such further and the like condition covenants and agreements as in the aforesaid agreement made by the said commissioners and Edward Rowley, esquire, beforenamed are contained.
