The aforesaid thirtieth day of August the aforesaid Commission[er]s for and on his ma[ies]t[ie]s behalfe by vertue of the said Commission and William Patteshall one of the Aldermen of the late Citty of Londonderry doe conclude and agree that the said William Patteshall and his assignes shall have and hold all those severall peeces or p[ar]cells of land with th[e] appurten[a]nc[e]s in the Island of Derry lyeing w[i]thout the fferrigate of the said late Citty and adioining to lands now or late in the tenure or occupac[i]on of Nathaniell houselocke or his assignes all w[hi]ch p[re]misses now are or late were in the tenure or occupac[i]on of Mathew Turbutt Samuell Dawson Ann Kirke widdow Henry Addison and Richard Burgesse or their or some of their assignes with all waies and passages unto the p[re]misses or any p[ar]t thereof belonging or formerly enioyed therewith w[i]th the like excepc[i]ons and for the terme of one and twenty yeares from the ffeast of Th[e] an[n]unciac[i]on of the blessed virgin Mary now last past for and under the yearly rent of Twelve shillings sterling paiable in such manner and att such dayes and tymes and with under and uppon such further and the like condic[i]on coven[a]nts and agreements as in the aforesaid agreement made by the said Commissioners and Edward Rowley are conteyned save onely that the said William is not by this agreement bound to any rep[ar]ac[i]ons or residence on the p[re]misses as the said Edward is by his agreement because there is noe house nor habitac[i]on on the p[re]misses In witnes whereof the said Commissioners and the said William Patteshall have putt to their hands the day and yeare abovewritten:

The said thirtieth day of August the aforesaid Commissioners for and on his ma[ies]t[ie]s behalfe by vertue of the said Commission and Robert Lawson of the late Citty of Londonderry marchant doe conclude and agree that the said Robert Lawson and his assignes shall have and hold all those peeces and p[ar]cells of land with th[e] appurten[a]nc[e]s lyeing in the Island of Derry neere unto the fferreykey there and conteining by estimac[i]on two acres two roods and one and twenty p[er]ches Irish measure [and] all cabbins [and] buildings thereuppon now or late in the severall tenures or occupac[i]ons of Toby Smith Richard Pacey John Pallmer William Tuckey and John Bingham their or some of their assignes and allsoe all waies and passages to the aforesaid premisses or anie p[ar]t thereof belonging or formerly enioyed therewith Excepting and res[er]ving unto his ma[ies]tie his heires [and] successors all timber and timber trees storiers saplings and great trees mynes and quarryes in uppon or belonging to the p[re]misses or anie part thereof and all such reasonable waies and passages over the p[re]misses for the ten[a]nts and occupiers of his ma[ies]t[ie]s other lands as have formerly binn used and all the river of Loughfoile and all the rivers creekes and streames in or neere the p[re]misses and the soile and ground thereof and all the ffishing and takeing of of sallmons Eeles and other ffishe in the said rivers creeks and streames and ffishing and lib[er]ty to make houses and draw netts and doe anie other thing else whatsoever uppon the p[re]misses concerning the said ffishings for the terme of one and twenty yeares from the ffeast of Th[e] an[n]unciac[i]on of the blessed virgin Mary now last past for and under the yearly rent of Three pounds sterling paiable into the receipt of his ma[ies]t[ie]s Ex chequer in England or unto the hands of the Rec eiver of his ma[ies]tie his heires and successors for the time being for the revenue of Londonderry also Derry and Colerane or either of them att the ff easts of St Michael the Archangel and the Annuncation of the Blessed Virgin Mary by equal portions

William Patteshall

The aforesaid thirtieth day of August, the aforesaid commissioners for and on His Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission, and William Patteshall, one of the Aldermen of the late city of Londonderry, do conclude and agree that the said William Patteshall and his assigns shall have and hold all those several pieces or parcels of land with the appurtenances in the Island of Derry, lying without the Ferry Gate of the said late city and adjoining to lands now or late in the tenure or occupation of Nathaniel Houselock or his assigns, all which premises now are or late were in the tenure or occupation of Matthew Turbutt, Samuel Dawson, Ann Kirk, widow, Henry Addison, and Richard Burgess, or their or some of their assigns, with all ways and passages unto the premises or any part thereof belonging or formerly enjoyed therewith, with the like exceptions and for the term of one and twenty years from the feast of the Annunciation of the Blessed Virgin Mary now last past, for and under the yearly rent of twelve shillings sterling payable in such manner and at such days and times and with, under, and upon such further and the like condition, covenants, and agreements as in the aforesaid agreement made by the said commissioners and Edward Rowley are contained, save only that the said William is not by this agreement bound to any reparations or residence on the premises as the said Edward is by his agreement because there is no house nor habitation on the premises. Robert Lawson 151

The said thirtieth day of August, the aforesaid commissioners for and on His Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission, and Robert Lawson of the late city of Londonderry, merchant, do conclude and agree that the said Robert Lawson and his assigns shall have and hold all those pieces and parcels of land, with the appurtenances, lying in the Island of Derry near unto the ferry quay there and containing by estimation two acres, two roods, and one and twenty perches Irish measure, and all cabins and buildings thereupon, now or late in the several tenures or occupations of Toby Smith, Richard Pacey, John Palmer, William Tuckey, and John Bingham, their, or some of their, assigns, and also all ways and passages to the aforesaid premises or any part thereof belonging or formerly enjoyed therewith. Excepting and reserving unto His Majesty, his heirs and successors all timber and timber trees, storiers, saplings and great trees, mines, and quarries in, upon, or belonging to the premises or any part thereof, and all such reasonable ways and passages over the premises for the tenants and occupiers of His Majesty’s other lands as have formerly been used, and all the River of Foyle and all the rivers, creeks, and streams in or near the premises and the soil and ground thereof, and all the fishing and taking of of salmon, eels, and other fish in the said rivers, creeks, and streams, and fishing and liberty to make houses and draw nets and do any other thing else whatsoever upon the premises concerning the said fishings, for the term of one and twenty years from the feast of the Annunciation of the Blessed Virgin Mary now last past, for and under the yearly rent of three pounds sterling payable into the receipt of His Majesty’s Exchequer in England, or unto the hands of the Receiver of His Majesty, his heirs and successors, for the time being for the revenue of Londonderry, also Derry, and Coleraine or either of them at the feasts of St Michael the Archangel and the Annuncation of the Blessed Virgin Mary by equal portions,
