Luke Ashe 147.

The said thirtieth day of August the aforesaid Commission[er]s for and on his ma[ies]t[ie]s behalfe by vertue of the said Commission and Luke Ashe of the said late Citty of Londonderry doe conclude and agree that the said Luke Ashe and his assignes shall have and hold one parcell of land with th[e] appurten[a]nc[e]s conteining by estimac[i]on three roods Irishe measure neere Columbkell well in the Island of Derry now in the occupac[i]on of the said Luke or his assignes and one little cabbin thereuppon for the terme of one and twenty yeares from the ffeast of Th[e] an[n]unciac[i]on of the blessed virgin Mary now last past for and under the yearly rent of Tenn shillings sterling paiable in such manner and att such daies [and] tymes and with under and uppon such further and the like condic[i]on coven[a]nts and agreements as in the aforesaid agreement made by the said Commissioners and Edward Rowley beforenamed are conteyned In witnes whereof the said Commissioners and the said Luke Ashe have putt to their hands the day and yeare abovewritten:

John Cottesmoore 148.

The said thirtieth day of August the aforesaid Commission[er]s for and on his ma[ies]t[ie]s behalfe by vertue of the said Commission and John Cottesmore of the late Citty of Londonderry Vintner doe conclude and agree that the said John Cottesmore and his assignes shall have and hold one p[ar]cell of land with th[e] app[ur]ten[a]nc[e]s in the Island of Derry neere unto Columbkellwell conteining by estimac[i]on three roods Irishe measure and one cabbin thereuppon erected now or late in the tenure or occupac[i]on of the said John or his assignes for the terme of one and twenty yeares from the ffeast of Th[e] an[n]unciac[i]on of the blessed virgin Mary now last past for and under the yearly rent of Tenn shillings sterling paiable in such manner and att such dayes and tymes and with under and uppon such further and the like condic[i]on coven[a]nts and agreem[en]ts as in the aforesaid agreement made by the said Commission[er]s and Edward Rowley beforenamed are conteyned In witnes whereof the said Com[missioner]s and the said John Cottesmore have putt to their hands the day and yeare abovewritten:

Dame Margery Roe

The aforesaid thirtieth day of August the aforesaid Commissioners for and on his ma[ies]t[ie]s behalfe by vertue of the said Commission and Mame Margery Roe of the late Citty of Londonderry widdow doe conclude and agree that the said Dame Margery Roe and her assignes shall have and hold one parcell of land in the Island of Derry lyeing neere Columbkells well with th[e] appurten[a]nc[e]s and conteining by estimac[i]on one hundred and one perches Irishe measure and now or late in the tenure or occupac[i]on of the said Dame Margery or her assignes and one other p[ar]cell of land with th[e] appurten[a]nc[e]s in [th]e said Island lyeing neere to the said well and adioining to the old Churchyard and conteining by estimation [...] and fowerteene [...] now or late in the t enure or occupation [...] assignes [...]

The said thirtieth day of August, the aforesaid commissioners for and on His Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission, and Luke Ash of the said late city of Londonderry do conclude and agree that the said Luke Ash and his assigns shall have and hold one parcel of land with the appurtenances, containing by estimation three roods Irish measure, near St Columbkille’s well in the Island of Derry, now in the occupation of the said Luke or his assigns, and one little cabin thereupon for the term of one and twenty years from the feast of the Annunciation of the Blessed Virgin Mary now last past, for and under the yearly rent of ten shillings sterling payable in such manner and at such days and times and with, under, and upon such further and the like condition, covenants, and agreements as in the aforesaid agreement made by the said commissioners and Edward Rowley beforenamed are contained. In witness whereof the said commissioners and the said Luke Ash have put to their hands the day and year abovewritten:
