The said nine and twentieth day of August the said Commission[er]s and Ellen Blundell of the late Cittie of Londonderry widdow doe agree that Ellen and her assignes shall have and hold one cabin and garden plott thereunto adioining without the Butchers gate of the said late Citty and now in the occupac[i]on of the said Ellen or her assignes for the like terme [and] under the yearly rent of Tenn shillings sterling paiable in such manner and with and upon such like condic[i]on coven[a]nts and agreements as are conteined in the aforesaid agreeem[en]t made by the said Commission[er]s and the aforesaid Edward Rowley :

The said nine and twentieth day of August the aforesaid Commission[er]s and Ellen Bell of the late Citty of Londonderry widdow doe agree that the said Ellen and her assignes shall have and hold one cabbin and garden plott thereunto adioining neere Columbkell well w[i]th out the walls of the said late Citty and now in the tenure or occupac[i]on of the said Ellen or her assignes for the like terme and under the yearly rent of Tenn shillings sterling paiable in such manner and with and uppon such like condic[i]on coven[a]nts and agreements as are conteined in the aforesaid agreement made by the said Commissioners and the aforesaid Edward Rowley :

Nicholas Lane

The said nine and twentieth day of August the said Commission[er]s for and on his ma[ies]t[ie]s behalfe by vertue of the said Commission and Nicholas Lane of the late Citty of Londonderry gent[leman] doe conclde and agree that the said Nicholas and his assignes shall have and hold one messuage or tenem[en]t and the garden and backside thereunto adioining scituate and being in Silverstreete and neere unto the markett place in the said late Citty and one p[ar]cell of land with th[e] appurten[a]nc[e]s within the lib[er]ties of the said late Citty and conteining by estimac[i]on nineteene acres Irishe measure and allsoe one p[ar]cell of land in the Island of Derry conteining by estimac[i]on one acre and a quarter and fower p[er]ches Irishe measure all w[hi]ch p[re]misses now are or late were in the tenure or occupac[i]on of the said Nich[ol]as Lane or his assignes and two [...] land with th[e] appurten[a]nc[e]s in the said Island of Derry [...]

The said nine and twentieth day of August, the said commissioners and Isabel Archie of the late city of Londonderry, widow, do agree that Isabel and her assigns shall have and hold one cabin without Butchers Gate of the said late city, now in the occupation of the said Isabel or her assigns, for the like term and under the yearly rent of five shillings sterling payable in such manner and with and upon the like condition, covenants, and agreements as are contained in the foresaid agreement made by the said commissioners and the aforesaid Edward Rowley:

Ellen Blundell 138.

The said nine and twentieth day of August, the said commissioners and Ellen Blundell of the late city of Londonderry, widow, do agree that Ellen and her assigns shall have and hold one cabin and garden plot thereunto adjoining, without the Butchers Gate of the said late city, and now in the occupation of the said Ellen or her assigns, for the like term and under the yearly rent of ten shillings sterling payable in such manner and with and upon such like condition, covenants, and agreements as are contained in the aforesaid agreeement made by the said commissioners and the aforesaid Edward Rowley:

The said nine and twentieth day of August, the aforesaid commissioners and Ellen Bell of the late city of Londonderry, widow, do agree that the said Ellen and her assigns shall have and hold one cabin and garden plot thereunto adjoining, near St Columbkille’s well without the walls of the said late city, and now in the tenure or occupation of the said Ellen or her assigns, for the like term and under the yearly rent of ten shillings sterling payable in such manner and with and upon such like condition, covenants, and agreements as are contained in the aforesaid agreement made by the said commissioners and the aforesaid Edward Rowley:

Nicholas Lane

The said nine and twentieth day of August, the said commissioners for and on His Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission, and Nicholas Lane of the late city of Londonderry, gentleman, do conclude and agree that the said Nicholas and his assigns shall have and hold one messuage or tenement and the garden and backside thereunto adjoining, situate and being in Silver Street and near unto the market-place in the said late city, and one parcel of land with the appurtenances within the Liberties of the said late city and containing by estimation nineteen acres Irish measure, and also one parcel of land in the Island of Derry containing by estimation one acre and a quarter and four perches Irish measure, all which premises now are or late were in the tenure or occupation of the said Nicholas Lane or his assigns, and two  […] land with the appurtenances in the said Island of Derry  […]
