The said seaven and twentieth day of August the aforesaid Commission[er]s for and on his Majesty’s behalfe by vertue of the said Commission and George Wray esq[uire] the sonne of John Wray of the late Citty of Londonderry deceased doe conclude and agree that the said George and his assignes shall have and hold one messuage or tenem[en]t and the backside thereunto adioining scituate and being i n Butchers streete a lso Butchers row als[o] Shamblestreete in the said late Citty and one p[ar] cel of land with th[e] appurten[a]nc[e]s within the lib[er]tyes of the said late Citty and conteining by estimac[i]on eight acres Irishe measure All w[hi]ch p[re]misses now are or late were in the tenure or occupac[i]on of W[illia]m Pattshall or his assignes w[i]th all waies and passages unto the p[re]misses or anie p[ar]t thereof belonging or formerly enioyed therewith with the like E xcepc[i]ons and for the terme of one and twenty yeares from the ffeast of Th[e] an[n]unciac[i]on of the blessed Virgin Mary for and under the yearly rent of five pounds and tenn shillings sterling paiable in such manner and att such daies and tymes and with under and uppon such f urther and the like condic[i]on coven[a]nts and agreements as in th[e] aforesaid agreement made by the said Commissioners and John Kneeland beforenamed are conteined In witnes whereof the said Commiss ioners and the said George Wray have putt to their hands the day and yeare abo vewritten:

Hewett Finch

The aforesaid seven and twentieth day of August the aforesaid Commissioners f or and on his Majesty’s behalfe by vertue of the said Commission and Hewett ffinche of the late city of Londonderry marchant doe conclude and agree that the said Hewett and his assignes shall have and hold one messuage or tenement and backside to the said messuage or tenement belonging with th[e] appurten[a]nc[e]s in Silverstreete in the said late Citty and one parcel of land with th[e] appurten[a]nc[e]s within the lib[er]ties of the said late Citty containing by estimation twelve acres Irishe measure All which premisses now are in the tenure or occupation of the said Hewett ffinche or his assigns [...] att his owne p[ro]p[er] costs and chardges [...] th [...]fo[...] occupac[i]on of the said Hewett with all ways and passages unto the premises or any p[ar]te thereof belonging or formerly enioyed therewith with the like exceptions and for the terme of one and twenty yeares from the ffeast of Th[e] an[n]unciac[i]on of the blessed Virgin Mary now last past for and under the yearly rent of Eight pounds sterling paiable in such manner and att such daies and tymes and with under and uppon such further and the like condic[i]on coven[a]nts and agreements as in the foresaid agreement made by the said Commissioners and John Kneeland beforenamed are conteined In witnes whereof [th]e said Commissioners and the said Hewett ffinche have put to their hands the day and yeare abovewritten:

Dame Anne Brooke

The said seaven and twentieth day of August the aforesaid Commissioners for and on his ma[ies]t[ie]s behalfe by vertue of the said Commission and Dame Anne Brooke of the late Citty of Londonderry widdow doe conclude and agree that the said Dame Anne Brooke and her assignes shall have and hold one messuage or tenement and the garden and backside thereunto belonging and adioining with th[e] appurten[a]nc[e]s in Queenes streete in the said late Citty and allsoe one parcell of land with th[e] appurten[a]nc[e]s within the Liberties of the said late Citty conteining by estimac[i]on twelve acres Irishe measure All w[hi]ch p[re]misses now are or late were in the tenure or occupac[i]on of the said Dame Anne or her assignes with all waies and passages unto [th]e p[re]misses or any p[ar]t thereof belonging or formely enioyed therewith with the like exceptions and for the terme of one and twenty years from the feast of the Annunciation of the Blessed Virgin Mary now last past for and under the yearly rent of [...] sterling payable in such manner and at such days and times and with under and upon such further and the like

George Wray

The said seven and twentieth day of August, the aforesaid commissioners for and on his Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission, and George Wray, esquire, the son of John Wray of the late city of Londonderry, deceased, do conclude and agree that the said George and his assigns shall have and hold one messuage or tenement and the backside thereunto adjoining, situate and being in Butchers Street, also Butchers Row, also Shamble Street in the said late city, and one parcel of land with the appurtenances within the Liberties of the said late city, and containing by estimation eight acres Irish measure. All which premises now are or late were in the tenure or occupation of William Pateshall or his assigns, with all ways and passages unto the premises or any part thereof belonging or formerly enjoyed therewith, with the like exceptions and for the term of one and twenty years from the feast of the Annunciation of the Blessed Virgin Mary now last past, for and under the yearly rent of five pounds and ten shillings sterling payable in such manner and at such days and times and with, under, and upon such further and the like condition, covenants, and agreements as in the aforesaid agreement made by the said commissioners and John Kneeland beforenamed are contained. The aforesaid seven and twentieth day of August, the aforesaid commissioners for and on His Majesty’s behalf by virtue of the said commission, and Hewett Finch of the late city of Londonderry, merchant, do conclude and agree that the said Hewett and his assigns shall have and hold one messuage or tenement and backside to the said messuage or tenement belonging, with the appurtenances, in Silver Street in the said late city, and one parcel of land with the appurtenances within the Liberties of the said late city, containing by estimation twelve acres Irish measure.
